This dedicated team of community-minded individuals oversees the farm's operations, ensures financial transparency, and supports the fulfillment of our mission to educate, nourish, and uplift.

Founder & Executive Director
Passionate about sustainable living and community education, Alyssa Gravely leads the daily operations of Better Days Farm, including program development, volunteer coordination, and outreach. She founded the farm to create a space where hands-on learning, healing, and food security come together.
President of the Board
As a retired Navy Veteran, C. Rolph brings 30+ years of skillfullness, teaching and design experience to support our educational programs and intiatives. He ensures the board functions effectively, stays mission-focused, and supports the Executive Director and overall governance of Better Days Farm.
Treasurer
Our treasure oversee the financial integrity and health of the organization by monitoring budgets, reports, and compliance, and helping the board make informed financial decisions.
Secretary
The heart and eyes of our nonprofit, the Secretary ensures that the nonprofit’s administrative records are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements. They manage all documentation related to board activity and support organizational transparency and accountability.
Volunteer Coordinator
Our Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and retaining volunteers to support the day-to-day operations and special events of the nonprofit. They ensure that volunteers are well-supported, matched with meaningful tasks, and are actively contributing to the mission.
Events Manager
The Events and Outreach Manager plans, coordinates, and promotes events that support fundraising, community education, volunteer engagement, and public awareness of the nonprofit’s mission.
